From the graph we can clearly seen National and International calls by fixed lines and mobiles calls increased every year. Local all using fixed lines rose from 72 to 90. After all using fixed lines were decreasing over 5 billions per year from 1999 to 2002. Surprisingly Mobile calls increased every year with the greatest increase occurring from 2000 to 2001. People usually used Local calls when they did not use mobiles. Next Local calls fluctuated between 70 billions and 90 billions. Then national and international calls increased constantly. Finally, Mobiles grew up every year. But local calls decreasing. However people useually use mobiles they are still usin national and international calls.
